Based on the provisions of the Law for the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data, Decree 8-2015 of the Congress of the Republic of Guatemala, we inform you that Preselección Empresarial, hereinafter also referred to as “The Controller”, with headquarters in Guatemala City, is responsible for collecting, using, and protecting the personal data you provide to us, in accordance with the following provisions:
